In drawing the edifices of an urban landscape, I strive for the dissimilation and destruction. The spares figures found in these works are used as symbols for the current state, rather than as personalities of their own. These figures emphasize the voids found in, and between, the building of the urban landscape. In the mixed-technique I use almost any substance which can be used for painting on Canvas such as oil-paint, industrial printing-ink, acrylic, tar and even sealants.
